I specialise in supporting adults (18+) to recover from anxiety disorders (e.g. panic disorder/panic attacks, agoraphobia, emetophobia and other phobias, social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, health anxiety, OCD, etc.), predominantly using CBT, with ERP for OCD, and EMDR. I also specialise in trauma, childhood trauma and low self-esteem/lack of confidence using recovery focused psychotherapy, including inner child rescue work, and EMDR. I am so passionate about this work as a result of my own experience of recovery.
I can support you to build your own unique recovery programme, supported by psycho-educational resources and EMDR. My aim is to support you when you need it and also give you the knowledge and understanding you need to continue your recovery on your own when you are ready to do so.
My professional fees are £60 per 1hr (min) session online. Extra time given for more complex anxiety disorders at no extra charge.
