Therapy sessions are tailored to your needs and issues, I can use a range of therapeutic strategies to meet these needs. I can offer an empathetic listening space, non judgemental and safe.
I have been an Accredited Counsellor for 10 years. I am an Integrative Therapist, which is the integration of elements from different schools of psychotherapy, it can refer to the integration of the personality using cognitive, behavioural and physiological systems within a client. Person centred, trauma informed therapy, CBT.
I have life experiences that I believe builds my ability to connect to clients in a therapeutic way. I have 30 years experience in Special Education working with CAMHS and multi agencies including therapeutic interventions for people with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and SEMH I am a behaviour specialist with a Trauma Informed approach.
