I offer face-to-face counselling from my therapy room in Falkirk and online video counselling. I work with adults of all genders individually, and with couples or small groups for relationship counselling. Counselling can have a positive impact in helping you deal with many issues including abuse, anxiety, bullying, confidence, depression, domestic abuse, relationship and family issues, grief and loss, personal boundaries, self-harming behaviours, trauma and work-related problems.
I work with clients on many different issues, and have particular experience of working with adult survivors of childhood abuse/trauma. I work in an empathic, non-judgemental and honest way to help build that important foundation of trust between us.
I use my interest in positive psychology and post-traumatic growth in my relationships with clients. I have a strong belief that every individual knows what is right for them and that my role is to work with you to help you reach your potential.
