If you have made the decision to seek support from a psychologist, you have now taken the first step towards an improvement in your emotional and mental well-being. I provide psychological therapy, working with adults, children or families. If you do not have a clinical diagnosis, or are unsure of your needs, I can provide an assessment, and work with you to determine your goals and develop a treatment plan. If you are seeking a formal Autism /Asperger's diagnostic assessment, this is one of my specialist services. I provide therapies and diagnostic services privately, in Ampthill, Bedfordshire.
My clients are sometimes new to therapy, or may have come to my clinic for on-going support following care elsewhere. As all clients are unique individuals, different approaches to therapy are available, and we will work together to find the best-fit for you. We will review your progress often, and adapt treatment as your needs change.
