I am a Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years experience working with people struggling with their mental health due to serious mental health illnesses or struggles in their relationships, work settings, facing racism and discrimination, or battling with the consequences of traumatic experiences. I have been helping people experiencing depression, anxiety, self harming, emotional ups and down, self harming behaviour of different sorts, burnout.
I use an integrative approach that drown from various therapy modalities to best meet the uniqueness of the person looking for support. I offer a collaborative approach where I value the person expertise on their life circumstances while offering my guidance.
