I am an integrative counsellor which means that I can use a blend of techniques and approaches tailored to you and your needs. I am drawn to a narrative approach where you tell your story, beginning wherever you feel comfortable. I am able to hold your story as you come back to it from any angle over a course of counselling sessions.
From your story we can use gestalt and other creative approaches that focus on how you are being affected in the here and now, using problem solving techniques to enable you to become unstuck from unhelpful and hindering patterns.
If you have stress, anxiety or depression on you, I can support you.
If a feeling is on you it isn't a part of you; you can lift it off. We can find the ways that work for you. Where there's a block we can find it.
