Knowing more deeply about yourself means you are then better able to develop different patterns of behaviour which restore and support your psychological health. I use various evidence-based approaches and interventions to help you make sense of your situation and provide you with an opportunity to discover a positive way forward.
I work with adults and adolescents on a wide range of issues. Currently, the predominant presenting issues are anxiety and depression. As well as private practice, I work as a counsellor within the NHS and in a secondary school.
