I believe that human beings have amazing potential and I take immense satisfaction in helping them to fulfill that potential. My work is designed to challenge, inspire and motivate individuals towards taking action and making lasting change. In my role as a therapist I have worked in Hospices, mental health, universities, probation service and many more settings. I have experienced and worked with anxiety, depression, bereavement, anger, addictions, stress, self worth, self esteem and I dont believe in a one size fits all approach, so I use various therapeutic models to adapt to my clients needs.
One of the biggest things that held me back in my own life was anxiety, in so many different areas, including social and general anxiety. My own personal journey in overcoming these issues puts me in an privileged position to help others and for the last 17 years I have been getting great results with anxiety, depression, addictions, bereavement.
I offer a confidential service in which you will be listened too, not judged and valued. It can be really hard to make the first step and ask for help but you will be made to feel accepted and welcomed from the moment we meet. I will challenge you but in a caring and considerate way that will help you to make the changes you want to make.
