I specialise in helping individuals deal with common life problems including anxiety, depression, relationship breakdown and bereavement. I am an integrative counsellor which means I use more than one approach in how I work. I aim to help each client understand themselves and their history more clearly so that they rediscover their confidence and vitality.
I know that taking that first step can be daunting, but my own experience has taught me that talking with a skilled, empathic therapist can lead to positive, life long change. I have helped clients rediscover their resilience and strength and create happier, healthier lives for themselves and I would like to do the same for you.
