I have an open and approachable nature which is underpinned by an empathic core. I allow each client to bring their own content and to guide the sessions. I work with each client in an individualistic manner and can choose a particular modality (CBT, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic) which I believe, fits the content. I will use the initial session to understand your needs and what you hope to gain from counselling. I am also a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within the NHS and can deliver low intensity CBT treatment.
I provide face-to-face at a centre in Harold Wood. Online/telephone counselling is also available. I have vast experience working with this technology.
