Life can often be seen that we put the needs of others' before our own, therefore neglecting ourselves and experiencing difficult environments and emotions. I offer time for 'you' to explore your own needs and provide this by short or long term therapy, based on your emotional needs. As an integrative therapist, I invite clients to experience different ways of exploring personal experiences and create positive change to the challenges that are faced. The therapy I offer is a process that helps you restore your natural sense of harmony and balance.
My training is predominantly Person Centred and this is complimented with CBT and training with Positive Psychology. Similarly, in using techniques from N L P, clients can experience strategies that enable them to realise their own potentials and achieve their personal goals.
I believe that the individual resources of clients are of central importance in effecting change. By exploring difficult issues in a safe and welcoming environment, opportunities that encourage positivity and optimism can be realised to change our everyday experiences.
