Life, as they say is a rollercoaster, full of ups and downs with wild twists and turns when we least expect them. Loss, bereavement, loneliness, trauma from past and present, anxiety, and many other issues affect us all in our daily lives.
How we deal with these matters varies, self harm physically and mentally through addictions, poor relationship choices, physically harming the body, self deprication, gambling, amongst many other harmful behaviours are often presenting behaviours.
They are all distractions from our true selves, when what we need most is to be heard and listened to, to grow and become the person we want to be.
I have lived experience of many of the issues listed and that has led me to become a counsellor and therapist. I offer support to both clients that are suffering from the issues above and many more. I also support those who frequently left behind, family and friends of those suffering from addictions and behavioural struggles, who often suffer in solitude.
I work with my clients in an empathic, genuine and non-judgemental manner to enable them to make the changes within to improve their lives and those around them.
Whether you have issues from the past or present, I am here to offer you a safe space to explore and become more self-aware.
