I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, life transitions, relationship difficulties, ADHD, and neurodivergence. You don't need to arrive with a clear problem or a label; most of what matters doesn't fit neatly into either.

I'm a integrative psychotherapist working online and in person near Cambridge. I also draw on hypno-psychotherapy which is a depth-oriented approach that goes beyond talking alone. Sessions are 50 minutes, weekly, at a pace that's genuinely yours. My fees are accessible and I offer a free consultation.
I'm Ant. I'm currently completing my advanced UKCP training, which means our work is actively supervised to the highest clinical standards.
