Hello, I'm Tony and I'm an integrative therapist originally from Yorkshire. I pride myself on my warm, present and calm nature. I am passionate about working in a way that allows you to explore your relationships with yourself and others, and healing in the process. I work integratively meaning I'm trained to use different approaches and tools based on you and your needs. This brings flexibility to our collaborative online therapy sessions. I am trained to work across different areas such as anxiety, depression, OCD, attachment, sexual health, sexual addiction, gender, sexuality, body image and relationships.
The core spirit of psychotherapy is to 'walk alongside' - an equal partnership where I support and guide you in exploring topics, even if they are difficult. My approach to therapy is collaborative - together we create therapy that works for you to heal. One-to-one online therapy will help you better understand yourself and your relationships to others.
My aim in therapy is bring about better understanding and to be with you as you change in a way, and at a pace, that is right for you.
