I am a counsellor trained in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Cognitive processing therapy (CPT), STAIRS with a background of working with children, youth, and women. I believe presence with an empathetic and non-judgemental attitude is the key where a client can explore his/her inner world for making a positive change. I am flexible in my approach to work with my clients with a positive attitude. Small goals can lead to bigger goals. I help my clients setting up the right goals for themselves. change can begin from inside as well as outside. I work with my clients to make them aware of their potential and strengths
I am trained in CBT, CPT, STAIRS, Motivation Enhancment Therapy, Trauma related therapy. I am flexible in my approach and I offer a safe place where my clients can recreate their life narrative. My focus is to help my clients be independent and able to acquire new approach to solve current and future problems
