I'm Dr. Annette Eneberi, a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Director of TAE Psychology, based in South East London. I work with children, young people, adults, couples and families, and I've spent over 14 years helping people navigate some of life's most challenging experiences — from trauma and anxiety to family conflict, loss, and major life transitions.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy.
Instead, I draw on a wide range of evidence-based approaches — including CBT, EMDR, DBT, Attachment-focused therapy, Compassion-Focused therapy, and more — tailoring my approach to meet your needs. Your background, history, goals, and the pace you need shape how we work together.
As a clinical psychologist, I am trained at doctoral level.
I have worked across NHS and public sector settings, including in CAMHS and in Adult Primary and Secondary Care. I also carry out complex psychological assessments for the Courts. However, beyond my experience, I meet my clients with warmth and a non-judgmental attitude.
