Hi, I am Annette i am a member of the BACP as a registered counsellor/ psychotherapist
I have had over fifteen years experience working with clients who struggle with issues around addiction both drink and drugs, I also work with clients experiencing bereavement , anxiety, depression or trauma.
I work with adults of all ages from students to senior citizens online or by phone which ever is convenient for the client.
My approach is calm, non- judgmental and empathetic I try to connect to my client so that together we can explore any issues that are affecting them in a safe environment.
My intention as a therapist is to provide a safe and confidential space so that you the client can explore the challenges you are currently facing. Through working together we can unlock the answers which are within and find the best way forward for you.
