Hello and Welcome, I provide a safe, private space for you to explore whatever it is that has brought you to look into counselling. A typical session would last one hour, I am very much guided by you and what you are looking to understand and work on, making my sessions bespoke to your needs. I am trained in the Person Centred Method, having graduated in 2007 and predominately work this way. I also have training in Meditation, Neuro-linguistic programming and Psychodynamic Counselling.
