Over the years I have developed a wide range of skills and techniques, for example, person centred, CBT, creative arts, and more. This helps me to offer the correct therapy for your individual needs. I have found my chronic illness, which is stable, has influenced my understanding of difficulties at a personal level. My style of therapy, is tailored specifically for you, to help you to make sense of troubled times.
I have supported people with a wide range of problems, including anxiety, depression, loss, and difficult relationships. I also have cared for people with enduring mental health problems, including trauma. Due to previously working with specific services, I would say that my speciality is working with parents during the perinatal period.
