Hello there, thank you for visiting my profile and taking the first important step towards emotional healing and change. I offer a warm, compassionate safe space with which to work together to help understand your current difficulties and dilemmas. I am a senior Clinical Psychologist, with 22 years experience working in adult mental health in the NHS and more recently in private practice.
I offer individual therapy to adults (across the age range) with a wide range of problems including anxiety (e.g. panic, OCD, phobias), depression and low mood, relationship difficulties, emotion dysregulation, trauma, low-self esteem. My approach is integrative, drawing from a range of evidence based psychological interventions to best meet your needs.
