Need space to talk? I’m Anne a qualified counsellor. I’m here to support you will life difficulties and struggles. I try to offer a safe and non-judgemental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions, experiences and behaviours together. These can be linked to the past, present or future. In the therapy space empathy, acceptance and congruence is offered. A selection of therapeutic tools can be used such as cognitive behaviour worksheets, mindfulness exercises, motivational intervention, emotional regulation techniques, inner child and attachment work, planning and goal setting.
I can offer a space to explore anxiety, depression, stress, intrusive thoughts, unhealthy patterns of behaviours, relationship issues, trauma. I have specialised experience working with addiction in alcohol and drugs. These are just some of the issues that can be discussed, explored and supported in therapy.
