I'm a HCPC registered Art Therapist with experience of working individually and facilitating groups. I have witnessed the power of working collaboratively in a safe non-judgmental space and understand how being creative promotes one’s emotional wellbeing, self-esteem and sense of identity. I understand how daunting it can feel to reach out for help but know that taking the plunge is empowering and the first step towards learning about yourself and having techniques to draw from when feeling anxious, or overwhelmed.

I am psycho-dynamically trained and work in a person-centred manner tailoring the sessions to meet your situation. Art-making provides a wonderful tool to help explore where words can be hard to find.

I welcome the opportunity to work with you to explore the thoughts and feelings that are worrying you. Together we can find ways to make sense and find ways to process things that feel uncomfortable.
