I'm a UK-based American therapist, supervisor and EMDR consultant specializing in trauma as well as international clients who travel or have busy schedules, but I work with a variety of needs and lifestyles.
I use my experience living and working around the world to tailor my approach to your unique history. I aim to be a kind, compassionate and curious person to work with, so that dealing with difficult things doesn't seem so hard. I believe you know yourself best; I’m just here to support.
I specialize in trauma, stuck patterns, immigration and living abroad, although I work with a wide variety of needs. I use a combination of appraoches to help my clients let go of old, painful memories, habits and mindsets. I also specialize in mind/body connection and EMDR to support my clients to interpret the messages their bodies are sending.
