Whatever you feel like you need support with, I'm here to work alongside you with compassion and empathy (and sometimes a little silliness).
I believe our minds and bodies are inherently connected, so a session with me may include trying to tune in to what messages your body is trying to send, or an exploration of how your body is holding certain emotions.
