There are no "ideal" clients - there are only people and people have throughts and feelings that can sometimes be too much to handle by themselves. At these times I believe that reaching out and speaking to someone who is trained to listen and not judge, someone who is empathetic and wants to help, can be the catalyst for change in a person's life. You might be a person who has struggled to be understood, who needs to process your thoughts and feelings with a trained and experienced counsellor in order to move past this period of confusion and distress.
I have been a counsellor for more than 20 years and have worked with people pf all ages in counselling. I amalso highly trained, I have a Masters degree in Counselling and I specialise in bereavement, anxiety, relationships and trauma. I offer face to face sessions with clients, but can be flexible enough to work online also, should that be your choice,
If you are reading this I expect you are looking for help and support with some emotional difficulties that you have been struggling with for some time. It's not easy to cope alone when things are becoming overwhelming and it can be really helpful to talk through what's happening with someone who really wants to listen and is there to help
