About
Are you worried for you and your family as a result of a breakdown in relationships. Are you fearful for the mental and emotional well being of all the family members especially children. Would you want to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours in order to reach an understanding of how to cope with family change and transition? I am an experienced and skilled therapist. I provide a safe healing space for you to address your concerns and fears with a view to reaching a resolution and plan for the future.
I am an integrative therapist which means I use a number of approaches to develop an individual treatment plan. I specialise in family focussed therapeutic mediation practices and have extensive experience in working with the destructive nature of parental hostility.
I work with children, young people, adults and couples. My goal is to build a trusting relationship and to be therapeutically present for anyone who comes to my practice. As we work together we will review progress on a regular basis. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength. Let me help you to help you and those you love.
