Hello, my name is Anne-Marie, I'm a Clinical Psychologist specialising in helping adults manage life transitions & achieve life goals. My specialisms are anxiety, depression & neurodiversity. I work collaboratively with people who are looking to make positive practical changes in their lives. I have 15 yrs+ experience in the NHS and I offer a friendly and approachable private psychology service. My focus is on providing practical support & solution focused strategies. I offer online sessions and I am happy to arrange clinic, home & walk-and-talk sessions near Richmond. I have some availability at other London and wider locations.
We will work together to get clear goals using an integrative approach. I often work with adults on achieving life goals & managing changes, as well as dealing with the anxiety these can cause. My NHS & private specialism has been working with people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia/dyspraxia to achieve their potential & I have a high level of expertise in this.
My specialism has given me expert training in strategies for executive/organisational skills, esp where people feel they are procrastinating on daily tasks or struggling with bigger life goals, relationships or life meaning.
