I am a Person-centred counsellor with 4 years of experience working with adults. My counselling style is non-directive with a positive outlook on human nature and I believe in the therapeutic power of being authentic within the relationship, communicating empathy and having unconditional positive regard for my clients
The first session of 30 minutes is free of charge and the time is used as an assessment of your needs when we can discuss confidentiality, safety and contractual matters such as, duration of the counselling time,
