Are you feeling exhausted by life’s demands? Prehards you’ve always felt alone. Maybe you feel emotionally overwhelmed right now. Life can be difficult, and some experiences are profoundly painful. While everyone's challenges are unique, asking for help is always nerve-wracking; it takes a leap of faith to reach out! Still, therapy can change your life. I’m an experienced and fully qualified therapist registered with the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists. I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions for adults of varying lengths, in either French (mother tongue) or English, according to your needs.
Clients come to me for many reasons, such as work-related issues, relationship struggles, Family conflicts, bereavement or grief. But, thanks to my own background, I often see parents, people across cultures/economic backgrounds, expatriates, professionals/executives, & people with suicidal ideation, going through major life changes or affected by trauma.
We explore what prevents you from relating healthily with yourself & others, the behaviors you’ve developed through life & the worldviews you inherited. I help you surrender what no longer serves you & adopt more rewarding behaviors to make choices that allow you to have richer experiences and flourish.
