I have worked extensively in areas such as bereavement support, anxiety, depression, and the everyday challenges of life. I understand how it feels to be stuck and the impact of downward spirals in mood and addictive tendencies. Additionally, my background as a midwife and nurse enriches my practice, bringing added understanding.
As a person-centered counsellor, my goal is to provide you with a safe & supportive space where you can explore what truly matters to you. Life can be confusing and overwhelming, and it's not uncommon to feel lost or lonely at times. I am here to listen without judgment and to help you navigate through these feelings, so you can find clarity and direction.
