About
Hi there, I’m Anne and I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist working across Glasgow and East Dunbartonshire. I offer friendly, personalised one-to-one cognitive behavioural therapy sessions, which has been shown to help with a wide range of issues from anxiety and depression to issues with sleep and relationships. I will work with you at your pace to find out how I can help, where some of the issues you are facing may have their roots, and then we will work together to help you identify what you'd like to achieve during our time together - taking small steps to where you'd like to be.
I have worked with a range of groups including students and people with addictions, and am particularly experienced in working with women with confidence, self esteem, relationships and hormonal issues. I'll highlight how the way we think and the things we do have such an impact on how we feel - and by helping to break these patterns we can take control.
We all have mental health and can find it difficult to cope at some point in our lives. When this happens it can feel overwhelming - but CBT can help you develop the confidence and skills you need to help you move forward with your life. If you would like to have a no-obligation chat - I would love to hear from you.
