As a UKCP accredited and BACP Registered integrative therapist, I work with a wide range of issues. If you’re feeling disconnected or stuck in unhelpful patterns, I’m here to help you find your way back to your centre of gravity. Clients often choose me when they want to work deeply on challenging relationships, anxiety, trauma or burnout. I come from a North East working class family blighted by anxiety and intergenerational trauma. This led to my own therapy journey and to leaving my 17-year senior corporate career to retrain as the therapist I had needed in those times.
My approach blends Jungian, psychodynamic and person-centred therapies with neuroscience. We will look beyond surface symptoms at the "whole" you, exploring the hidden patterns causing anxiety, depression or a sense of being stuck. The aim is to help you feel more "at home" in yourself and in your relationships. Not to fix your problems but to outgrow them.
