I have over 20 years experience of building therapeutic relationships with people with enduring mental health issues, adults with learning disabilities and children and young people in the NHS, voluntary sector and charities. I am a practising artist using upcycled materials to creatively explore thinking and feeling.
I offer a confidential, safe, non-judgemental space where you can express yourself through the art materials as a way to explore the reasons for coming to art therapy. You don't need to be good at art nor do you need any previous experience. Together we can reflect upon the process of making and become curious which can foster greater understanding.
