My approach is rooted in Psychosynthesis, an integrative psychology, that sees each individual as full of potential. It allows us to focus on your personal and transpersonal development, a journey of soul-making. I bring proven psychological methods and techniques, blending them with an interest in the transpersonal and the mindbody connection.
I am a fully qualified counsellor, in regular supervision and I am doing regular CPD. I work with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds. We can work together short-term or long-term, reviewing regularly. Therapy is weekly either at London Bridge, on Brick Lane or online.
