We explore not just your struggles, but also your inner wisdom, values, sense of purpose, and connection to something greater — creating space for insight, self-trust, and a more meaningful way of being in the world.
Alongside my work as a therapist, I have many years of experience as a palliative care nurse. Being alongside people at the edge of life has given me a profound respect for the complexity of being human — the beauty, the pain, the not-knowing. It’s shown me the power of presence, and the importance of spaces where we can be truly ourselves.
