Hi, I am Annalisa and welcome to my profile. I provide a welcome, safe and confidential environment in which you can express your emotions and thoughts without being judged. I work with a wide range of clients with issues regarding, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) suicidal ideation, self-harm, depression, addiction, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, abuse, anger management, bereavement, loss, relationships, trauma and many more. I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress.
I work online as well as face-to-face sessions in Weston Super Mare. I provide long term, as well as short term counselling and each session last 60 minutes. I welcome individuals from a diverse walks of life, cultural origin, sexual orientation and religious or spiritual beliefs.
