I am a qualified Systemic Family Psychotherapist, registered with the Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice. I specialise in supporting individuals, couples, and families who are navigating emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, communication issues, and periods of transition. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a contextual relational perspective, meaning I look at how your relationships, life experiences, cultural contexts, and environments shape the challenges you’re facing. Together, we work to understand patterns, strengthen connection, and create new ways of relating.
I offer a calm, safe, and reflective space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. I believe therapy is not only for moments of crisis - it can also be a valuable space for personal growth, self-understanding, and improving family or couple dynamics at any stage of life. Alongside my private practice, I work within NHS Camhs.
My work is neuroaffirmative, recognising and respecting the diverse ways people think, process information, and communicate. To ensure high-quality, ethical practice, I receive monthly supervision from an experienced systemic supervisor. My aim is to work collaboratively to make sense of challenges within your wider context, relationships and identities.
