I meet clients face-to-face in quiet counselling rooms in both Alton and Winchester, Hampshire, easily accessible from Basingstoke, Farnham, Odiham. I trained at The Metanoia Institute, one of Europe’s leading psychotherapy & counselling schools. My degree focused on Humanistic counselling, including the following approaches: Person-Centred, Gestalt and TA.
I have a real genuineness and an empathic manner, and a desire to listen and to hear you. I offer a free 30 minute telephone appointment to allow time for both of us to see whether we feel we will be able to work together. As well as private practice, I work for a charity in Winchester offering counselling to women who have experienced domestic abuse.
