Hi, I’m Anna, and I’m an experienced Clinical Psychologist. I enjoy working with people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma related difficulties and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), relationship issues and difficulties managing emotions and stress. I understand that turning towards your difficulties and starting therapy can feel overwhelming and even frightening, and I strive to provide a compassionate and non-judgemental space to support you in this process.
I mostly draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am passionate about supporting people to understand how their difficulties have arisen and implementing interventions to relieve distress and achieve meaningful change.
