I have worked for the NHS, Terrence Higgins Trust and Ealing Abbey Counselling Service working with individuals and couples from a diverse range of backgrounds. I have experience of providing in depth long-term therapy on complex issues such as the effects of conversion therapy as well as providing short term therapy for the NHS. I aim to resolve sexual problems and improve my client's overall well being, their self esteem and their relationships. I do this through the use of Psychosexual tools such as sensate focus and through allowing the client to discuss their thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
I am a fully qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist which means I specialize in working with sexual problems (such as Erectile Dysfunction, low sexual desire) and relationship issues (e.g. conflict within couples). I am LGBTQIA+ and BDSM/Kink aware and neurodivergent friendly. I am also polyamory/ethical non-monogamy friendly and trauma informed.
I have attended therapy myself and I know how difficult it can be to develop trust and open up to someone new, especially regarding sexual difficulties. I will be here to support you every step of the way, and we will work at your pace.
