I am a counselling psychologist accredited by the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS). I currently work within a private healthcare organisation, supporting individuals living with a range of physical health conditions and their families. During this time, I have developed a specialism in working with people affected by cancer, offering psychological support tailored to the emotional, relational, and identity challenges that can accompany diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
I practice integratively from a psychodynamic core. I integrate a range of cognitive behavioural therapies such as mindfulness-based approaches. I am also trained in EMDR and use this approach to address complex trauma, PTSD and complex grief.
Your therapy will be designed to address your individual needs and circumstances. I aim to work collaboratively with you and create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your life and the different opportunities that are available to you.
