Hi. I'm Sheffield based Art Psychotherapist. I work in private practice and schools. I offer face-to-face sessions for children and young people (8 -25yrs) and trainee Art Therapists. People of all ages and backgrounds come to Art Therapy sessions. I aim to facilitate connection, communication, and self-expression, ensuring that therapy is as inclusive, supportive and accessible as possible. Within a supported environment it is important that you feel seen and heard to explore your emotions and experiences.
I have experience working to support children and young people with neurodiversity, gender/sexual identity, anxiety, self-harm, complex trauma, grief and loss, struggling to engage with school, relationship and or family difficulties/changes.
My approach is relational and attachment-based. Building a trusting, compassionate relationship is at the heart of my work. I bring sensitivity and warmth to the space, recognising that healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard and accepted. Sessions are led by your needs, pace and choices whilst offering creative expression/art making.
