I help both individuals, as well as couples, work through relational and sexual difficulties like attachment wounds, communication issues, trauma and unhelpful patterns. I’m a culturally sensitive practitioner and work with clients of many different backgrounds, sexualities and religions.
My approach is a combination of trauma-informed parts work and practical exercises. I like to think of my therapy practice as a safe, co-created space. A container for exploration, growth and change. A virtual or in person space you can return to on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Being bi-cultural and raised in an international environment, I also believe in adapting therapy to an individual’s culture and/or religion. This is also a big research interest of mine! Our struggles, narratives and beliefs always rest against a cultural, societal or religious backdrop.
