I am Anna Scott, a psychodynamic and relational counsellor offering therapy for individuals and couples in Reigate, and Epsom. I provide a thoughtful, compassionate and confidential space where clients can explore emotional difficulties, relationship challenges and patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing and quality of life.
I have worked in mental health for over 15 years, supporting adults of different ages and backgrounds through periods of anxiety, depression, loss, stress, loneliness, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties. Call me to make a first appointment.
My approach is psychodynamic and relational, which means we work not only with present difficulties, but also with the underlying emotional experiences and relationship patterns that may have developed over time. I aim to help clients better understand themselves, their emotions and the ways they relate to others.
I work with couples who wish to better understand the dynamics within their relationship, improve communication and explore recurring patterns of conflict, distance or emotional disconnection.
I am currently undertaking advanced clinical training in Couples Psychotherapy at Tavistock Relationships, one of the UK’s leading institutions for psychotherapy.
