My approach is rooted in Transactional Analysis: a framework for understanding patterns, alongside relational and creative work that helps insight land somewhere real. I have a special interest in pregnancy, postnatal wellbeing (including birth trauma), supported by a dedicated supervision group, and work with adults at significant life crossroads.
