We all experience difficulties in life if you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, anxious or depressed, I can help. I provide a safe, accepting and non-judgemental space where you can talk about issues that you are facing. Events or triggers can cause difficult feelings. I can help you unpick, understand and manage them so that they don’t overwhelm you. I am currently working Face to Face, Telephone, FaceTime, WhatsApp Video or Skype/Zoom. I am a MBACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist. BACP is my governing body, I adhere to its ethical guidelines and hold myself to the highest professionals standards.
I have extensive experience with Loss & Bereavement, Rape & Sexual Abuse, Depression, Anxiety and Addiction. My therapy is Person-Centred, and what this means is that we will work together and I will encourage you to talk about your experiences, your thoughts and feelings about yourself and how they can be connected to events in the past or present.
Our first session is an opportunity to discuss and explore your needs, and consider whether individual, couples, family counselling or psychotherapy would be helpful in supporting you in and with your process. I offer in person, face to face, video or telephone appointments, Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm, all days and times are subject to availability.
