I have a particular interest in working with trauma, including the effects of sexual abuse, as well as anxiety, low self-esteem, shame, relationship difficulties and the lasting impact of adverse life experiences. I understand how trauma can affect not only our thoughts and emotions, but also our bodies, relationships and sense of self.
