I'm Anna and I offer face to face, online and eco counselling and supervision in St Andrews, Fife. Working collaboratively with individuals, couples and companies, we find compassionate roads through the challenges you have that bring you to therapy, and discover empowering strategies to support the changes you want to make. I draw on a range of methods and theories to meet your needs, we all want to feel seen and heard and how to have healthy relationships around us. We can't always control what happens to us so I use a trauma informed approach to navigate how you are feeling and what you want to do about it.
I work with individuals, couples, families and companies to support the vast range of relational needs you have, and your feelings around that. This work covers many themes including communication, neurodivergence, complex trauma, child loss and miscarriage, parenting, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
