Firstly, thank you for stopping to read my profile. Life can be unpredictable and sometimes it may feel a little overwhelming, at other times it can lack variety and we can feel like we are stuck in a rut. I offer a non-judgemental space for you to explore what is happening in your life and find solutions that will work for you. Some clients will want the opportunity to express emotions and be heard, allowing them to find acceptance and their own way forward. Others might be looking for a therapy which offers more direction such as life coaching.
As a registered Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, and qualified Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner I can incorporate a range of approaches and techniques to suit your own unique needs. I have particular experience working with abuse, trauma, personality disorders and also with clients impacted by neurodiversity.
Having worked in social care for a number of years I have considerable experience working with complex mental health diagnoses as well as developmental disorders.
