Sometimes finding the right words to communicate feelings and experiences can be just too difficult. As a creative counsellor I can help you deeply express yourself, at your own pace, through the use of art, clay and other therapeutic interventions, which can have a profound effect for resolving difficult issues. This can be useful at any age or ability.
I am a BACP registered member. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic environment, offering short and long term counselling to adults and children aged 10+, who come with diverse problems and from all walks of life.
