My focus in therapy is to provide a lifelong set of tools that supports emotional balance, self-understanding and helps you separate safe and toxic relationships. In therapy, I encourage a more compassionate inner narrative, using my mantra "Recognise the Inner Critic and balance this with the Inner Therapist", this allows my clients to have more self-acceptance, resilience and a healthy communication style. I specialise in safely unpacking trauma, providing tools for anxiety, building up self-awareness and enhancing communication skills. My job is to recognise when you need to be heard and emotionally supported, when you're ready to delve into uncomfortable trauma, and when to gently challenge you, ensuring you get the most out of therapy.
I offer online sessions via Zoom nationwide and face-to-face sessions in a private and peaceful room in Chard with free parking. I aim to provide tools to clients that they can use on a long after sessions have ended, so I offer a psychological follow-up emails after key sessions, summarising insights and strategies.
