I specialise in safely unpacking trauma, alleviating anxiety, building up self-awareness and enhancing communication skills. Sessions go at your pace. My job is to recognise when you need to be heard and emotionally supported, when you're ready to delve into uncomfortable trauma, and when to gently challenge you, ensuring you get the most out of therapy.
I offer online sessions via Zoom nationwide and face-to-face sessions in a private and peaceful room in Chard with free parking.
